CATALINA

Built in 40's the Catalina project was an investment property. It was their objective to turn this traditional house with no architectural style into appealing cottage style house with a slight expansion of the square footage and garage conversion into an Accessory Dwelling Unit. ArcSTEM team took advantage of the site conditions by proposing a slight façade change and a rear addition with minimal expenses to achieve maximum profit.
