13,255 SF large hillside property located in Eagle Rock area was only developed with a 600 SF house in 1920's. The objective was to fully develop the lot with future means to subdivide the property into two. ArcSTEM team proposed an 1,400 SF addition to the main dwelling with additional 500 SF for a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit and towards the rear of the property a 1,200 SF Accessory Dwelling Unit with a traditional design in mind.
